Pastor Ronald "Bo" & Christi Westmoreland
Bro. Bo was born and raised in Dyersburg, TN. where in 1990 he repented, was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, and received the Holy Ghost. Not soon after that he felt a calling on his life and started ministering at the young age of 16. Many said it wouldn't last, but when 'God' calls you to minister His word, it's forever. Bro. Bo met Sis. Christi at a Church convention in Florida and it was love at first sight. After a short courtship, him and Sis. Christi married in 1992 and established their own residence in Dyersburg, TN. God then blessed them with 2 children, Austin and Alicia, who have been filled with the Holy Ghost and are faithful to the Church and helping with whatever is needed. Bro. Bo and Sis. Christi were faithful to the local Church of Jesus Christ and supported it in many ways. Bro. Bo assisted in playing music, preaching, visiting and whatever else was asked of him. After living in Dyersburg for 12 years, they felt God was leading them to Kingsport, TN. So in 2004 they sold what they had, and trusting God, moved to Kingsport. God certainly blessed by giving them good jobs almost immediately upon getting here. In 2007, a small group of about 11 people had a desperate need for a pastor. They voted and asked Bro. Bo and Sis. Christi if they would take the responsibility of leading them. They graciously accepted and as they say, the rest is history. About 5 years ago God made it possible for us to purchase a building and He has been adding to us "daily, such as should be saved." With the Lords help and under Bro. and Sis. Westmoreland's leadership, we have grown exponentially. We have seen many baptized in His name and filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost. We have seen saints healed of Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and many other diseases. As they say, He is still in the saving and healing business. We thank God for such dedicated and humble leadership He has blessed us with.
